ETNA'S CHAPEL
The chapel is articulated following the module of the golden section or divine proportion, finding a contextual relationship through geometry of the elevations. The panel in front of the parallelepiped has only a symbolic value, defined by analogy with the holy sepulcher. The project is to find a strong reference with the wind, the light and the rain, The user, being inside the church, will be able to observe the rain inside the structure itself, which will continue to maintain its functional characters as it will not allow access to water. The only two accesses of light will be determined by the cross in the rear view and a long line of coverage. The structure will not have any type of fixtures, design decisions designed to allow constant air recirculation. Orientation, East-West, finds a reference to the ancient Templar factories.
