The project was created with the aim of producing a new facility that will be active coexistence surrounding society without the need to move to the center of the City. In this way, this area will improve its functionality and will cease to be not only Volos bedroom, but also its new, interesting part of it that is influencing neighborhood and increase its value for people in this area.
Main idea for a place was to create an multipurpose space for people. We divided our surface for a cultural center, activities center, social apartments, co-working space, renting spaces and a recreational square in a middle of whole concept as a connector.
